GİMA IS LOOKING FOR JUNIOR TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Is in need for our busy office.

Job roll will be included as below:

 • The resolution of day to day operational issues regarding drivers, deliveries & vehicles

• Driver communication

• The support of the management of driver legal compliance, tachographs, driver’s hours, health and safety, accident              reporting etc

• The timely and accurate provision of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports

• Local offsite duties as required

• General Transport Office duties

• Debriefing of the drivers

• Scheduling vehicle services and repairs.

Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given.

Must be fluent in both written and spoken English & Turkish.
