Duties include: 


- General admistrative support 

-Copy typing of business letters, emails and correspondence

- Aiding with client requests eg document preparations

-Supporting the Partners in day-to-day business responsibilities when necessary

-Filing, faxing, scanning documents

-Maintaining client database eg changes. updates and tax payments


The Ideal Candidate: 
Previous Administrative experience in a busy office environment

-A proven ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met. 


What were looking for 
At least 1 year of relevant administrative support experience and preferably a bachelors degree. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is a must.
