Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our client's financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

Bookkeeper job duties include working with our VAT and Accounts teams to create and analyse financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivables.

Responsibilities

Record financial transactions and complete the posting process for our clients.

Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

Bring the books to the trial balance stage and process accounts receivable/payables.

Responsibilities

Proven bookkeeping experience

An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

Data entry skills on excel and other software such as Sage, VT+, Xero, QuickBooks etc.

AAT, ACCA, ACA or a Degree (Accounting / Finance related)

CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS
